Semi-Private Strength Training
At Oso Studio, "semi-prviate" and "small group" means 3-4 women training together with the guidance and coaching of an expert personal trainer. Our results-driven strength sessions are built on progressive training blocks: 5–6 week cycles rooted in exercise science and tailored to the physiology of women over 40. The program has a shared framework, but every woman’s path through it is customized. The coaching makes it personal. The group makes it powerful.
