WELCOME
OSO STUDIO is a women centered strength training studio, set in a small and intimate private studio in Ashland, Oregon. We specialize in semi-private training for women who want real, results-driven strength—built on progressive overload. Our programs are designed on 5-6 week training cycles where lifting with intention, gradually increasing load, and building true muscle are the focus.
