  • Small Group Personal training offers the benefit of personalized and individualized training attention while sharing the cost of training with  2 others. We'll meet twice weekly to focus on full body functional strength and cardiovascular exercises to bring your fitness and agility up a notch! Each workout is fully adjustable to fit each individuals current training level.

    Registration required and limited to 3 participants.
