SARA TAYLOR has been training one on one clients and mastering small group programs in some of the most renowned fitness clubs and cities in the country.  She climbed to the top of a competitive fitness team at Pura Vida Fitness & Spa in Denver, while simultaneously holding down the novel Holistic Nutrition Department before re-establishing her career in three small gyms on the west coast and finally landing her private studio in Ashland, Oregon. With a niche in performance, functional strength, and holistic nutrition, clients working with Sara value the individualized care and attention to detail in her unique approach to personal training and fitness programming. 

Sara is most in her element coaching and teaching women to feel strength, movement, and a body empowered. When Sara is not in the gym you can find her fulfilling her ultimate role as Mama Bear to her 3 children. When "free time" exists, mossy forests, ocean coastlines, and yoga keep her grounded.
